The Downtown Lakeland Partnership, Inc. and Historic Lakeland, Inc.
partner to bring you FREE historic walking tours of Downtown Lakeland.
Our dynamic trio of John White, Jim Malless, and Jim Studiale will
lead you on entertaining and informative treks into downtown Lakeland’s
distant and recent past. And they’ll answer all of your questions -
even if they’re not always sure what they’re talking about.

These are 2 different tours, but will be
repeats of tours we've done last year consisting of Downtown Buildings
along Kentucky Ave and around Munn Park.
Tours are free and open to people of all ages. Participation on any
individual tour is limited to 25 people. Participants receive downtown
goodie bags with coupons for downtown businesses.
The tours are a great chance to get outside in the temperate Florida
weather, laugh, learn, and get to know your fellow Lakelanders.

Historic Lakeland, Inc. is a private non-profit organization dedicated
to preserving the historic and architectural resources of Lakeland,
Florida. Its stated purpose is to "promote awareness, understanding,
and an appreciation of Lakeland's history, and to insure the
preservation of those things which represent the character of our city
and are significant to our city."
